WI - RN - Heart and Vascular Progressive Care - Day/Evening Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Heart and Vascular Progressive Care Unit at University Hospital in Madison, WI.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with complex medical conditions, including abdominal and thoracic aneurysm repairs, carotid endarterectomies, and limb-saving therapies.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in shared governance and quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care.
- Engage in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with evidence-based practices and technologies.
- 2+ years of acute care experience, with a focus on IMC/PCU or ICU experience.
- Current WI nursing license or compact license from a permanent address state.
- BLS and ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Basic Arrhythmia experience and ability to pass the UW Health Telemetry test.
- Availability to work 36 hours/week, with a mix of day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
