**Job Description**

BAE Systems USA is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the Fuze MOD branch. As a Systems Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the program in transition from low rate initial production (LRIP) to full rate production (FRP). Your responsibilities will include analysis of test data and validation methodologies, collaboration between multiple stakeholders, and routine technical support of working groups and integrated product teams (IPTs).

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide technical advice to Government leaders and engineers.

* Prepare/review engineering analysis reports and methodology requirements inputs.

* Participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, and other technical meetings, as required.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills:**

BS/MS Mechanical Engineering. 7 years (5 years with MS degree) of progressive experience in systems integration and analysis of military hardware and software systems/processes. 2 years experience leading system design, integration, and analytical efforts.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:**

The ideal candidate will have most of the following experience:

* Experience as an aerospace/mechanical engineer on a missile system or complex weapon system (especially ACAT I program or ICBM-related experience).

* Current Secret Clearance or higher.

* Knowledge or previous experience with Air Force or Dept. of Energy Operations and acquisition programs.

**Pay Information:**

Full-Time Salary Range: $176,130

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
