We are in search of a Retail Specialist who will report directly to the Store Director.
YOUR ROLE
The Balenciaga Retail Specialist is tasked with delivering exceptional service to our clientele by addressing their unique needs and expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance, thereby enhancing business growth.
Provide an outstanding customer experience while demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of our products, as well as the history and ethos of Balenciaga, in alignment with our client engagement strategy.
Maintain a detailed and organized client database, ensuring regular communication and appropriate follow-up on all sales inquiries or client needs.
Stay informed about current fashion trends and historical context, integrating this knowledge into client interactions to offer informed advice.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment, fostering open communication and proposing constructive solutions.
Assist in executing daily operational tasks in accordance with company guidelines.
WHO YOU ARE
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally within the retail or fashion sectors.
Proficient in managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, showcasing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a sales capacity, consistently surpassing individual and store objectives.
Possess commercial insight and strong business acumen, driven by a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
Exhibit strategic thinking to foster business development and maintain high personal performance standards.
COMPENSATION
For individuals assigned to work in California, BALENCIAGA provides a reasonable estimate of the salary or hourly rate range for this position.
This estimate considers various factors, including business needs, skill sets, experience, and training.
The current hourly rate range is approximately $20.00 to $22.00 USD.
