About the Role: As a Retail Merchandise Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are well-stocked with high-quality clothing that brings joy to our customers. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clothing Sorting: Utilize your keen eye for quality to sort through clothing items, ensuring that only those meeting our high standards are displayed in our stores.
• Tagging and Hanging: Efficiently tag and hang clothing while maintaining focus and minimizing distractions to meet productivity targets.
• Work Environment: Uphold a safe and organized workspace, taking pride in the efficiency of your area.
• Cross-Training Opportunities: Be open to learning additional roles, including cash register operations and receiving, pricing, and stocking donations. (Note: Physical tasks may include lifting items up to 50 pounds.)

Qualifications:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Experience: Previous production or related experience is advantageous.

Availability: Candidates should be flexible to work during store hours, particularly evenings and weekends.

Compensation: Starting pay is $13.50 per hour.
