The Rehabilitation Nurse plays a pivotal role in overseeing a nursing team dedicated to providing exceptional nursing care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our residents. This position involves administering prescribed medications, maintaining comprehensive medical records, and assisting physicians during evaluations and treatments.
Shift Details: Full-Time Rehabilitation Shift from 7 PM to 7 AM
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular rounds to assess each resident's condition.
- Receiving and reviewing reports on the health status of all residents.
- Engaging with families and legal representatives regarding care plans.

Qualifications:
- Valid RN or LPN license in Illinois is mandatory.
