- Financial Management: Manage the waterpark's budget, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with park management, staff, and customers to ensure that all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, recreation, or business.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in a related field, including waterpark operations, safety management, or customer service.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications: CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) certifications preferred.
