Job Description:
  Mission-Driven Team Member:
  As a Night Crew Lead at GetGo Cafe + Market, you will be part of a mission-driven team that prioritizes customer satisfaction, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  Lead by Example: Foster a fast-paced, friendly culture by setting high standards for yourself and your team, ensuring exceptional service to customers and vendors alike.
  Safety First: Maintain a safe working environment for all employees, customers, and products, adhering to strict food-handling certifications and rapid equipment troubleshooting.
  Team Development: Provide coaching and guidance to new hires, promoting efficient workflows, excellent communication, and effective time management skills.
  Customer Focus: Prioritize speed and efficiency while maintaining a smile, consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  Critical Skills:
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in supervisory roles or customer-facing positions
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet physical demands of the job
  Degree Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
