The ideal candidate will have expertise in a range of cosmetic surgeries, including facial, breast, and body procedures. Our facility features a private On-Site Operating Room that is exclusively dedicated to cosmetic surgery, ensuring that all consultations, surgeries, recovery, and follow-up care occur in a familiar and comfortable setting with our experienced and friendly staff.
Our On-Site Operating Facility is fully accredited, allowing us to maintain the highest standards of care and privacy for our patients throughout their surgical journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their medical history and recommend appropriate surgical options.
- Clearly communicating the risks and benefits associated with surgical procedures prior to operations.
- Preparing patients for both surgical and non-surgical interventions.
- Prescribing necessary medications and providing comprehensive aftercare.
- Managing administrative tasks, including updating patient records and clinic protocols.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree and valid medical license in the state of Iowa.
- Completion of a residency program in plastic surgery.
- Additional training and courses in cosmetic surgery.
- Significant practical experience in surgical procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a compassionate bedside manner.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Attractive and competitive compensation package ranging from $300k to $400k or a percentage of billables.
