  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal plant performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action to mitigate risks.
  • Assist in the repair and maintenance of plant equipment, including heavy machinery and electrical systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Report any safety incidents or accidents to management immediately.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 1-2 years of general labor and maintenance experience preferred.
  • Prior construction industry experience highly desirable.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
