Job Summary

As a Guest Environment Expert at Marriott International Inc, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. This includes delivering guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning rooms and public spaces, and other similar responsibilities. You will be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to ensure a great guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel, including rooms and public spaces
  • Deliver guest requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Stock carts and maintain inventory levels
  • Clean and maintain equipment and facilities
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth operation

Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended time
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
