Carside Representative

Job Summary:

As a Carside at Applebee's, you will be the first point of contact for our guests over the phone and the last impression as you deliver their order with a smile, carside. This role requires a friendly and approachable demeanor, with the ability to make recommendations and anticipate the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests over the phone and in person
• Deliver orders to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Make recommendations to guests based on their preferences and dietary needs
• Anticipate the needs of guests and take initiative to provide a positive experience
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless service

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
