About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Director Leader to join our team at CapRock Dahlonega. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing a clear vision and strategic direction that prioritizes the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Establish a clear vision and strategic direction for the organization.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence amongst staff.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the facility's reputation.

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 per year (dependent on experience). We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid-time off, holidays, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and career growth opportunities.

Requirements
  • Georgia Certified Assisted Living Administrator (Required).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years working as an Assisted Living Administrator (Required).
  • Bachelor's degree (Required).
