Job Overview: As a Discovery Specialist - Full Time Opportunity, you will play a critical role in establishing the factual foundation for legal representation. This position is based in Dayton, OH, and offers a hybrid work arrangement after a 6-week training period.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct discovery activities, primarily document analysis, review, and production to establish the factual foundation for legal representation.
* Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities.
* Collaborate closely with team members across offices on matter management and review efficiency.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of post-grad law experience.
* Current active Ohio Bar License.
* Demonstrated technology skills, including familiarity with document review platforms like DISCO and Relativity.
* Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
* Superior attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective communication under pressure.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.

This position requires flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays. Continuation of employment is contingent upon maintaining an active bar license to practice in Ohio.
