About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Management Specialist - Packaging to join our team at Accupac. As a key member of our packaging department, you will be responsible for planning and executing productivity, new product scale-up, and CAPEX expansion projects.

This role requires strong project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations. You will be accountable for completing projects on schedule, budget, and delivering on project deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in written and spoken English, as well as 5 years' experience in a manufacturing packaging environment. A working knowledge of machinery and packaging processes is also essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement plans for productivity, new product scale-up, and CAPEX expansion projects.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Train packaging line shift supervisors, line leads, and operators on equipment best practices.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • 5 years' experience in a manufacturing packaging environment.
  • A working knowledge of machinery and packaging processes.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year.
