Pet Care Professional Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Pet Pro Lead to join our team at PetSuites. As a Pet Pro Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the daily pet care of our guests is of the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and train team members to ensure exceptional pet care.
- Oversee the daily pet care routine, including feeding, administering medications, and cleaning guest rooms.
- Monitor and document guest health and behavior, reporting any concerns to management.
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of pet enclosures, exercise yards, and common areas.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for pet owners.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of supervisor or equivalent experience, including team leadership and quality assurance.
- Animal experience required, with a passion for providing exceptional pet care.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and pet owners.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and stand for long periods.
