Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a skilled Event Ambassador to join our team at Diamond Jo Casino. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting guests with event ticketing and seating arrangements.
  • Providing general information about the property and its offerings.
  • Ensuring proper seating and late seating policies are followed.

The ideal candidate will have six months of experience as an usher in a comparable venue and excellent customer service skills.
