Job Title: Expeditor

We are seeking a highly skilled Expeditor to join our team at West End Grill. As an Expeditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all kitchen orders are prepared in a timely manner and according to menu and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and Manage Kitchen Operations: Ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and servers to guarantee prompt delivery of orders.
  • Monitor Ticket Times and Communicate with Cook Line: Maintain attention to detail to ensure that all orders are prepared according to guests' specifications and follow West End Grill recipes and menu.
  • Ensure Proper Plate Presentation: Inspect all dishes to ensure they meet our high standards of presentation.
  • Notify Management of Issues: Immediately inform management of any items that need to be recooked and run to a table.
  • Coordinate with Food Runners: Call for food runners to ensure food gets to the table in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Teamwork and Communication Skills: Showcase ability to work effectively with servers, food runners, and kitchen staff.
  • Multitasking and Adaptability: Demonstrate ability to multitask and adapt to changing situations.
