About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Crusin Cart Repair Llc in Pinellas County. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide critical support to our executive team by managing schedules, correspondence, and file management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
  • Answer and manage customer service calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel, ensuring data accuracy and organization.
  • Assist with organizing and prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting notes when required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication on behalf of the executive team.
  • Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and organizing records.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent phone and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office Suite tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a high-paced, ever-changing environment.
