- Ensure coverage for vacant shifts, open roles, and planned absences as directed by the Nursing Director.
- Compile and submit daily nursing hours reports for the Executive Director/LNHA.
- Calculate daily nursing hours to comply with PPD standards and maintain a record of daily and monthly PPD metrics.
- Communicate daily with admissions regarding patient census and admission/discharge updates.
- Review daily employee punch detail reports, verify hours worked, correct discrepancies, and identify trends.
- Contribute to innovative and responsible healthcare by developing and implementing new ideas and processes that enhance systems and outcomes.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's Degree is preferred but not mandatory. At least one year of experience in a similar role within long-term care or medical settings is preferred.
- Must be qualified, empathetic, and committed to excellence in your work.
- Prior experience in the healthcare field is essential.
