Job Summary

Sodexo is seeking a skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at Penn State Health Holy Spirit and Hampden Medical Centers. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing nutritional care to patients in various outpatient and inpatient areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized nutrition plans for patients with diverse health needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.
  • Conduct quality improvement initiatives, such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays, to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare staff, including physicians and nurses, on nutrition-related topics.
  • Precept dietetic interns to ensure they receive comprehensive training and mentorship.
Requirements
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) credentials and licensure in PA.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management skills, with a self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
