Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of a licensed healthcare professional.
- Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
- Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- Current LPN license in the state of employment.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- LPN-IV Certification (if not already obtained, must be completed within 3 months of hire).
- Experience in an emergency department setting.
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification.
- ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification.
- TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification.
