Job Summary

Central Plains Center is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) program. As a member of our team, you will provide comprehensive direct occupational therapy, consultative services, and service coordination for eligible children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations for children referred for services due to delayed and/or atypical motor responses/behaviors.
  • Participate in Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) meetings to share assessment/evaluation results and contribute to the development of the IFSP.
  • Coordinate services for children and their families, including travel to deliver services in the catchment area.
  • Follow infection control policies and universal precautions at all times when working with children and families.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or postgraduate degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current Texas licensure in Occupational Therapy.
  • Valid Texas driver's license and insurance.
  • Desire to work within a team serving children birth to age 3 in the ECI program.
