Min Engineering, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to support our team in Pikesville, MD. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and graphic design software.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze RFPs to identify opportunities for Min Engineering, Inc.
- Develop and produce high-quality marketing materials, including proposals, letters of interest, and promotional materials.
- Conduct internet research to facilitate marketing and business development efforts.
- Assist firm leadership in targeting project and relationship opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Graphic design skills a plus.
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to juggle multiple concurrent deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
