Job Summary

The Ready-Mix Concrete Truck Driver will be responsible for safely driving and delivering ready mix concrete to commercial, construction, and residential projects. This includes completing pre- and post-trip inspections on truck equipment, documenting each delivery, and ensuring all safety policies and procedures are followed.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and deliver ready mix concrete to project sites\
• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections on truck equipment\
• Document each delivery and complete necessary paperwork\
• Develop product knowledge and understand the importance of quality and service\
• Maintain a clean appearance by complying with operational policies, procedures, and standards\
• Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any unsafe actions, processes, or behaviors\
• Perform other duties as assigned\

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $28-$38 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous truck driving experience (concrete experience preferred but not required)\
• A valid commercial driver's license, medical card, and clean driving record\
• A Class B minimum requirement, Class A preferred\
• The ability to lift 50 pounds multiple times a day\
• The ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check, physical/functional exam, and drug screen\
• A professional and courteous attitude towards team members and customers\
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime\
