Job Summary:

Canyon Ranch is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for settling guest and house accounts on the overnight shift, ensuring that the next day starts fresh.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calculate and update guest ledger balances, post charges, adjustments, and settlements to guest and house accounts.
  • Review each shift audit from the hotel and spa departments.
  • Ensure overnight guest needs are met by fulfilling those requests.
  • Be a problem solver when things go wrong or need repair, helping to solve guest problems or relocate a guest to another room if needed.
  • Update guest information on the communications systems to provide early risers with timely information such as yoga classes or morning walk activities.
  • Serve as a Guest Services Representative, PBX Operator, and Bellperson as required.
  • Provide guest services in the absence of normally assigned staff.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of hospitality front desk operations experience required.
  • Previous night audit experience is highly desirable.
  • Opera Property Management system preferred.
  • Understanding of maintenance issues to assist with minor room issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment.
  • TIPS or Alcohol Awareness Certified a plus.
  • Valid Driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • Basic accounting or bookkeeping knowledge.
