Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hospitality Specialist to join our team at Disability Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive store experience by providing high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean environment, and efficiently processing transactions.

Key Performance Indicators:
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Maintain accurate cash handling and inventory management practices
• Ensure a clean and safe store environment at all times
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and customers

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-year customer service experience; cashier experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to change in routine and work assignments
• Experience working with computers preferred

Salary: $8-$12 per hour (dependent on location and experience)
