Job Title: Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Edify Behavioral Management LLC. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and other evidence-based approaches
  • Collaborate with clinical supervisors to ensure high-quality care is provided to all clients
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans and make adjustments as needed

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in counseling or psychology
  • Licensure as a professional counselor or clinical social worker
  • Experience working with clients with mental health issues
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
