Pharmacist in Rural Midwest

Thrifty White Pharmacy is a leading healthcare services company in the rural Midwest. As a relief pharmacist, you will play a vital role in providing excellent patient care and contributing to our team's success.

• Provide exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Champion Thrifty White programs such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization, and HealthyPackRx, and assist patients with enrollment.
• Lead by example, coaching and mentoring team members to deliver high standards of patient service.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows for prescription filling, patient counseling, and clinical services.
• Identify opportunities for long-term care and specialty business growth, communicating with marketing teams.
• Dispense medications, related supplies, and provide clinical pharmacy services.

• A pharmacy license or ability to obtain without federal sanctions.
• A PharmD or MTM Certification (course completion certificate from an approved ACPE program).
• Current Immunization Certification.
• Current CPR Certification.
• NPI Number.

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on location and experience. In addition, Thrifty White Pharmacy provides a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, 401(k) matching, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

The estimated annual salary is $140,000. The physical demands of this role include standing for long periods and using hands and fingers to handle objects. The employee must occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
