The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a Volleyball Specialist to join our team. This part-time position involves facilitating practices and games, working with young people, and communicating effectively with parents and children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate volleyball practices and games for youth participants
- Develop and implement engaging volleyball programs for children and teenagers
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a positive and inclusive environment
- Communicate effectively with parents and children to ensure their needs are met
Requirements:
- Knowledge of volleyball rules and regulations
- Ability to work well with young people and communicate effectively
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Availability to work weekends and evenings
