Blood Bank Supervisor in North Carolina

We are seeking a highly skilled Blood Bank Supervisor to oversee our transfusion services section in North Carolina. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for managing a team of 10-30 FTEs and ensuring the smooth operation of our blood bank.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the daily operations of the blood bank/transfusion services section
- Manage a team of medical professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- ASCP, AMT, or equivalent certification; SBB or BB certification preferred
- Permanent and full-time position
