We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Teacher's Assistant. In this role, you will assist the lead teacher in developing and implementing lesson plans, preparing materials, and ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Teacher's Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities.
  • Providing support to students with homework and school projects.
  • Maintaining a safe and structured environment.
  • Engaging with students to promote social-emotional growth and development.

Our estimated annual salary for this position is around $42,000-$50,000, depending on qualifications and experience. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma (or equivalent) or higher.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
  • Experience working with children.

We also require a background check, Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) Clearance Request (CPS), and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
