About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Housekeeper to join our team at Travel + Leisure Co. As a key member of our resort operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and quality standards in our resort units.

Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain resort units, including sleeping quarters, kitchens, bathrooms, and living rooms, to meet our high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Adhere to housekeeping detail standards and ensure that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring total guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner to improve the guest experience.
  • Replenish supplies, such as kitchenware and toiletries, and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, guests, and owners.
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
