We are currently seeking a Senior Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of Receiving, Warehousing, and Distribution across various sites, ensuring seamless material flow from receipt to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and implement enhancements in the work environment and material flow processes.
  • Balance support across multiple operational sites to meet the needs of diverse programs.
  • Collaborate with production planners and inventory specialists to ensure timely shipment of hazardous materials.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of hazardous materials classifications.
  • Conduct cycle counts and uphold inventory accuracy to guarantee complete accountability.
  • Analyze daily supply chain activities and generate relevant reports.
  • Develop and execute strategies for efficient material flow.
  • Address and resolve complex challenges related to procurement and warehouse operations.
  • Build and sustain relationships with personnel at all levels, including leadership and clients.
  • Drive performance improvements by analyzing key metrics and formulating action plans.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to align goals and enhance capabilities.

Qualifications Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years in a relevant field, or an Advanced Degree.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing large, complex teams.
  • Experience in cross-functional environments and familiarity with labor relations.
  • Knowledge of hazardous materials regulations within a defense contracting context.
  • Understanding of compliance standards related to sensitive materials handling.
  • Ability to pass background screenings as required.
  • CSCP certification or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment.
