Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Emergency Response Specialist to join our team at Remote Medical Inc. This role requires providing urgent and emergency care for all workers in the client worksite, conducting accurate clinical assessments, and reporting medical treatments as required.

About the Role

This position will be responsible for managing emergent and non-emergency medical care at designated worksites, including drilling rigs, hazardous construction areas, and high-density workforce locations. The RHCP will provide primary and emergency care to client employees, contractors, and sub-contractors, performing safety checks and evaluations of necessary medical gear and equipment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Urgent Care Provision: Provide emergency care for all workers in the client worksite, including stabilizing and managing patients until transport evacuation takes place.
  • Clinical Assessments: Conduct thorough clinical assessments and examinations to identify medical issues and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Reporting: Accurately report medical treatments and outcomes to the client, adhering to their requirements and guidelines.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with the QRT to conduct initial medical screenings, identify urgent cases, and arrange for timely medical attention.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum of two (2) years as an independent and fully qualified paramedic, nurse, or advanced practitioner.
  • Experience: Previous experience in remote medical support services is preferred, particularly working offshore.
  • Certifications: Medical licenses/certifications in good standing, BLS/CPR, ACLS, and PHTLS (or equivalent).
Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications.
