We're seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team at PrideStaff. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you'll be responsible for operating our ton CNC + ATC Amada + Toyokoki Brakes, performing set-ups, and ensuring high-quality results.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain CNC brake equipment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform set-ups, adjustments, and troubleshooting to meet production requirements.
  • Measure and record part dimensions and characteristics using calipers and micrometers.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced Job Shop environment.
  • Follow and retain instructions, with a focus on detail and quality.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with ISO procedures and quality standards beneficial.
  • Ability to learn hardware insertion tasks and operate finishing equipment.
