Pet Care Receptionist

The Dancing Horses Theatre is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Pet Care Receptionist.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all.

• Report directly to the Theatre Manager
• Warmly greet clients in person and over the phone
• Schedule appointments efficiently and effectively

We are looking for a dedicated individual with a genuine passion for animals and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to build strong customer relationships.
• Prior experience in a pet care setting is a plus.
