Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Butcher / Meat Sales Fresh Counter professional to join our team at Skyline Enterprises. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expertise in meat sales and service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Display and Presentation: Inspire our customers with attractive product displays, expert advice, and excellent service.
  • Meat Preparation and Portioning: Show finesse in preparing and portioning meat, sausage, and cheese.
  • Quality Control: Ensure excellent product presentation, freshness, and cleanliness with your attention to detail.
  • Hygiene Regulations: Strictly adhere to hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Ideally, you have completed an apprenticeship as a butcher or specialist salesperson in the food industry with a focus on butchery.
  • Customer Orientation and Communication Skills: Strong customer orientation, communication skills, and dedication.
  • Teamwork and Responsibility: Team spirit and sense of responsibility.
  • Task Commitment: Commitment to your tasks, which you approach independently and conscientiously.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm.
