Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Residential Program in Rockport, MA. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing services to our residents, working under the direction of the Residential Program Nurse.
Responsibilities- Assist residents with medical management, including physicals, referrals, prescriptions, appointments, and treatments.
- Provide emergency first aid and coordinate with residents, family members, physicians, and other medical providers.
- Implement, oversee, document, and supervise medication management in accordance with agency and funder regulations.
- Oversee direct care staff and monitor the continuity and level of care provided.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, service planning meetings, and resident and family meetings.
- Massachusetts LPN licensure and 1 year of experience in a community healthcare setting.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Valid driver's license and access to an operational and insured vehicle.
