Residential LPN

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Residential Program in Rockport, MA. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing services to our residents, working under the direction of the Residential Program Nurse.

• Assist residents with medical management, including physicals, referrals, prescriptions, appointments, and treatments.
• Provide emergency first aid and coordinate with residents, family members, physicians, and other medical providers.
• Implement, oversee, document, and supervise medication management in accordance with agency and funder regulations.
• Oversee direct care staff and monitor the continuity and level of care provided.
• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, service planning meetings, and resident and family meetings.

• Massachusetts LPN licensure and 1 year of experience in a community healthcare setting.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Valid driver's license and access to an operational and insured vehicle.
