About the Role:

Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry seeks a highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional dental care services. This key leadership role involves partnering with the Office Manager to drive positive culture and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Embody the company's core values and code of conduct
  • Provide high-quality patient care as scheduled, adhering to dental office protocols and policies
  • Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations, diagnose oral diseases, and treat patients effectively
  • Promote oral health through educational information and guidance
  • Accurately document treatment plans and manage patient medical/dental history
  • Identify contraindications, address patient complaints, and ensure proper diagnosis and coding
  • Maintain OSHA and dental board compliance standards
  • Foster a culture of excellence by guiding professional staff to deliver high-quality services
  • Participate in assessments, provide constructive feedback, and assist in training new staff members
  • Contribute to annual performance reviews and support the growth and development of the team
  • Attend daily huddles, address patient concerns, and maintain open communication

Requirements:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and attention to detail. A Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school is required, along with a valid state dental license, malpractice insurance, DEA license, and current CPR certification.

Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
