Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a critical role in providing one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in their homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement ABA programs and interventions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Collaborate with parents and other professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for clients
Requirements:
  • RBT certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work with clients of multiple ages, skill levels, and behaviors
  • Prior experience with EMR systems for data collection and medical records
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain and/or complete CPR/BLS certificate
  • TRICARE certification preferred
  • Passionate about driving change and supporting independent growth
