Job Summary

Evaluate and treat patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits to enhance their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' abilities to perform daily living skills and design personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement treatment plans using various modalities, document patient progress, and modify plans as needed.
  • Educate patients and families on deficit management, adaptive equipment, and support programs.
  • Oversee care provided by designated individuals, adhering to regulations and practice standards.
  • Work in a safe and alert manner, performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field, with licensure in the state of practice.
  • No prior experience required.

  • Frequent use of hearing and speech, as well as vision for distances near and far.
