Job Description

McDonald's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our restaurant leadership team, you will be responsible for providing leadership, coaching, and direction to restaurant managers to improve restaurant operations and achieve sales and profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop restaurant managers to achieve operational excellence
  • Coach and mentor restaurant managers to improve sales and profit performance
  • Collaborate with restaurant managers to develop and implement operational plans
  • Monitor and analyze restaurant performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in restaurant management or a related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and coaching experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Passion for learning and developing others
