Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Referral Coordinator to join our team at Center for Emotional Health. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical environment and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to patients, healthcare professionals, and other support staff through phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure seamless referrals and coordination of care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other stakeholders to resolve queries and concerns
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex issues and find effective solutions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of recent administrative experience
  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
