We pride ourselves on being the premier provider of warehousing and distribution services in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, offering a comprehensive supply chain solution that encompasses both local and long-haul trucking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain comprehensive records of equipment, including maintenance status and location across various operations.
- Assist in processing vendor invoices related to equipment upkeep.
- Manage breakdown responses and ensure effective communication with all relevant parties.
- Analyze maintenance documentation to identify repair trends and recurring equipment issues.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding maintenance updates and relay information to headquarters.
- Stay informed about trucking regulations and compliance standards.
- Evaluate inquiries for potential warranty claims.
- Oversee licensing matters for equipment, including new units and renewals.
- Support the documentation of inspection records for all equipment.
Qualifications:
- Experience in warranty administration, dealership operations, or heavy-duty truck maintenance is advantageous.
- Familiarity with TMT (Transportation Management Software) is a plus.
- A minimum of three years of experience in the trucking, fleet management, warranty, or dealership sectors is required.
- Knowledge of tag and title processes is preferred.
- Must be a self-starter, reliable, and diligent.
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
