Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. As a key stakeholder in the development of our annual communications strategy, you will be responsible for managing various communications-related projects, programs, and activities. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and communication principles, as well as excellent organizational and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of our annual communications strategy and corporate marketing strategy.
  • Manage company messaging platforms and channels, including our internal learning, knowledge management, and communications platform(s).
  • Plan and execute project-specific communications strategies, plans, and tactics for RPM internal and external initiatives.
  • Partner closely with corporate marketing teams and cross-functional teams to drive messaging needs, cadences, and channels.
  • Lead and execute a variety of writing projects and other duties related to marketing communications.
  • Manage and execute monthly communications calendar and contribute to omnichannel content planning.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategy related to improving the overall user experience of our internal learning and communication platform(s).
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our teams related to our internal learning, knowledge management, and communication platform(s).
  • Handle various administrative duties related to our internal learning and communication platform(s).
  • Drive consistency of the customer experience across all internal departments, regions, and clients related to marketing support.
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in a marketing communications-related field.
  • Experience in marketing in the multifamily housing industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, or a related field. Experience can substitute for education.
