Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide outstanding and quality customer service with every customer consultation, supporting all efforts to reach store sales goals and respecting all directives, selling standards, and non-negotiables.
- Product Knowledge: Assist and support customers with their choices of products for themselves and as gifts, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our products and their benefits.
- Store Operations: Support store operations, policies, and procedures, including tasks such as ringing, wrapping, restocking, and cleaning.
- Experience: 1+ years' work in retail sales, with a focus on skincare and customer service.
