Compound Medication Expert Job Description
CAROLINA COMPOUND LLC is seeking a skilled Compound Medication Expert to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy staff, you will be responsible for preparing and dispensing compounded medications under the supervision of our licensed pharmacists. In this role, you will work under the direct supervision of our pharmacist-in-charge to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and dispense compounded medications under the supervision of licensed pharmacists
• Enter prescription orders into the computer system

• Participate in ongoing education and training programs to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy techniques and regulations

Requirements and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience as a compounding pharmacy technician
• High school diploma or graduate equivalent degree
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information
• Familiarity with computer software and equipment commonly used in pharmacy settings
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing pharmacy operations
