Position Responsibilities

We are seeking candidates with prior supervisory experience and CFC certification. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the maintenance team.
  • Addressing maintenance requests, demonstrating proficiency in plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, appliance repair, carpentry, drywall repair, and other general maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining open communication with the Community Manager and the regional Property Manager.
  • Participating in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies.
  • Assisting with snow and ice removal duties.
  • Conducting pre-move-out and move-out inspections.
  • Managing the apartment turnover process efficiently to meet company standards.
  • Keeping the property maintenance shop organized and well-maintained.
  • Ensuring timely and quality completion of contractor work.
  • Providing guidance and, if necessary, disciplinary actions for staff.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and inspiring team members to do the same.
Candidate Qualifications

All applicants must possess a reliable vehicle and provide their own hand tools. A background check, physical examination, and drug screening are required.
