- Utilize sterile techniques for vascular access and catheter care, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Maintain and disinfect dialysis equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care.
