Laboratory Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician to join our team at one of Rhode Island's top healthcare providers.

• Perform various laboratory tests and procedures, including blood bank, microbiology, core laboratory, and special chemistry tasks.
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
• Current certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
